Thoughts on ...
Blade Trinity
Sarah and I went to see the new Blade movie last night after dinner. Overall, I thought the movie was rather lame. Between vampires turning into burning cinder piles after death, and the fact that they die from silver bullets (I thought silver killed werewolves, shouldn't he be shooting bullets with wooden tips?), it just seemed silly.
However, there were two redeeming qualities:
1. Jessica Biel - For having only played hot-girl roles with no action involved, I felt that she made the transition pretty well, much better than most have from her class in other movies. I still feel that Sarah Michelle Gellar kicks more vampire-ass, but, she never had cool weaponry though.
2. Ryan Renolds - There's not much compared to watching Van Wilder beat up Triple H. I was pretty impressed with the ability to take his witty-sarcastic remarks that made him popular in his other stuff (Van Wilder, Berg on "2 guys, a girl, and a pizza place"), and make it work while fighting and getting beat up.
That's all I got for now. Later kids.
